Terms of Sales
ARRIVING TIME :
We will receive you between 15h 00 and 20h 30. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, please specify at the time of booking. In case of delay, thank you to inform us, we have a reception protocol.
DEPARTURE TIME :
We thank you for vacating the room by 11am. You have a room to leave your luggage for a few hours before your departure (or upon arrival).You can also take a shower, we will lend you towels in case of late departure and if you wish to enjoy your day.
- Reserved, private parking
- Breakfast is served between 7.30 and 9.30 am on our terrace. In case of very early departure, please let us know the day before at the mation, we will be pleased to prepare you a "BREAKFAST" basket.
- Free loan and installation of baby equipment on request at the time of booking.
- Free loan of snorkeling equipment
- Free loan of beach towels
- Our house is not adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility
- Snacks, snacks, picnics and meals are not allowed in the rooms.
- Our friends the animals (less than 3 kg) are allowed, if they are well brought up and do not sleep on the beds!
- The house is non-smoking.
SWIMMING POOL IN SEASON
Access is allowed from 8 : 30 am to 8 : 30 pm in harmony with the occupants of the house.
Bathing is unsupervised, prohibited for unaccompanied children. It is your responsibility, any fall, drowning or peril can not in any case lead to legal action against us.

- More than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is not returned.
- From 30 to 15 days: 50% of the amount of the stay.
- From 14 to 2 days: 75 % of the amount of the stay.
- Less than 2 days: 100 % of the amount of the stay.
