We will be open from 4 pm until closing time at 8 pm. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, please let us know when you make your booking.

In the event of a late arrival, after 8 pm, we have a specific check-in procedure in place.

Please vacate your room by 11am. We have a room where you can leave your luggage for a few hours before you leave (or upon arrival).

If you’d like to make the most of your day, you’re also welcome to take a shower; we’ll lend you towels in the event of a late departure.

We also offer a late check-out service if you’d like to keep your room, and an early check-in service if you’d like to access your room earlier.
These services are subject to availability and incur an additional charge.

Access is permitted from 8am to 8pm, provided it does not disturb other hotel guests.

Swimming is unsupervised and prohibited for unaccompanied children. You are responsible for your own safety; under no circumstances will any fall, drowning or other hazard give rise to legal action against us.

Snacks, light meals, picnics and full meals are not permitted by the pool.

Payment of a 30% deposit on the total booking amount via secure online payment

The following Cancellation Terms and Fees apply:

• More than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable
• 30 to 15 days: 50% of the total cost of the stay.
• 14 to 2 days: 75% of the total cost of the stay.
• Less than 2 days: 100% of the total cost of the stay.

We offer cancellation insurance at the time of booking and payment.

Our hotel welcomes you to a fully secure, enclosed site, and we provide free private parking for all guests.

Our hotel is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 9.30am on our terrace.

For early departures, please let us know the morning before; we’ll be happy to prepare a breakfast basket for you.

We work with partners in Deshaies and Sainte Rose. They offer a free transfer from the airport to your hotel (for all rentals of 7 days or more), with the vehicle delivered to the Caraïb’Bay Hotel in Guadeloupe.
